Mom said today was Halloween. She put me in a special outfit
that she ordered that had my name on it. I felt so special! All of the
three-month costumes were too big for me so she said I will get to wear one of
them next year. She didn’t get to take too many pictures though because it was
right after Hurricane Sandy and things were a little crazy around the house.
Well, they still are, but I will get to that another time. Te governor of New
Jersey said Halloween is post-poned until next week. He must be pretty special
to be able to change a holiday, but I think it was for the best. So, we didn’t
get any trick-or-treaters at the house. Mom is worried by the time they come
trick-or-treating November 5th there will be no candy left in the house
because she ate it all. She keeps unwrapping these things called Kit-Kats she
loves. Maybe next year I will get to try one of these delicious chocolate
treats.
So, after mom snapped a couple quick shots of me we sat by
the fire the rest of the day to keep warm. Dad had the fire blazing and even
got the house to go from 62 degrees to 70! He is the fire master! I laid in
mom’s arms and took an afternoon nap to relax. Mom put on my Halloween headband
that grandma r. made me and pulled up my bunny hood so that my head stayed
warm. It was certainly an interesting first Halloween!
