After seven days of having no power it came back on just in time to have grandma r. and ed over for great-grandma v.'s birthday. Mom and Dad made a yummy chicken dinner for all to enjoy. They got grandma some cute notepads and chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels.
Grandma brought over some delicious chocolate cake for them to enjoy. Great-grandma put on her special birthday pin to celebrate! She was the birthday girl after all! She thought the camera made her look like she had jaundice so we started using the flash. She is a hoot!
Grandma tried to blow out her candles, but needed a little help.
I blew a little bit from across the table to help her even though no one could tell.
I got great-grandma her own card and a framed picture of me for her to put in her house. The picture was of me smiling because she always puts a smile on my face!
Then, they watched me splash around in my bath before they went home. It was so nice getting to spend time with my family!
dear mae your mommy and daddy made a delicious dinner for great grandma v. she had a great birthday with all of you. she loved watching you take your bath and kick and splash in the water it made her heart happy. she loves her frame with your pic. in it she put it next to her chair i always see her looking at you and smiling.love you
