Pumpkin Pickin'

Mom and Dad took me to Battleview Orchards yesterday so I could get a pumpkin. I heard them talking on the card ride there about all the other times they went to pick apples there years before.

I was kind of perplexed about this pumpkin thing and what vines were, but I hung in for the ride. We got a little lost, but the gps finally cooperated and we got there safe and sound.

Mom wanted to put me in her new Moby wrap, but Dad kept me in my stroller. I was all warm and cozy I didn't wan't to get out. But, next year I'll be walking around the field. You just wait and see!

We stopped by the pumpkin patch and mom picked me the cutest little pumpkin! It was less than a pound and only cost 67 cents!

We met up with Mom and Dad's friends- the Samber's. The men were on stroller patrol as the ladies sampled some yummy apples in the orchard.

Dad got in on some yummy apple eating too!

We had such a fun afternoon. Mom cleaned off my pumpkin and put it on the mantle when we got home. I am really enjoying this fall season. Can't wait to see what this Halloween thing is all about!
