April Recap

This month was a busy one! Mom started giving me pigtails more often.
And I kept pulling them out as quick as she put them in.
I started bringing baby with me a lot more. Even on my bike rides.
I met this HUGE pink dog at Babys "R" Us one afternoon.
I fell asleep in the car a few times. Why does Mom take pictures of me sleeping?
Mom got me an Easter Peep donut, and I just ate the
icing and the sugar off the Peep. That's just how I roll.
I had my first "fast food" at Chick-fil-A. The nuggets were good.
Mom and I made homemade cloud dough out of conditioner and corn starch.
It was oh so soft!
We celebrated Pop-Pop's birthday and Mom made him a few presents.
I had a late night hang out sesh with my friend Hank.
We ate pizza, played cars, and watched a movie.
I got to go to a photo session for Easter with real chicks and a bunny.
I tried to pull off my tights on the way home. NOT a fan of them!
Mom helped me string cheerios onto the play-doh we made.
I started bringing Snoopy with me in the car. He is cuddly.
Mom let me sit and color in the big box she had.
I am not a big fan of coloring though.
Dad and I were under the weather a lot this month
so she made some homemade chicken orzo soup.
Dad brought out my wagon for the first time since Christmas.
Dad's soccer team had a big match so I had to dress up in my lucky clothes to support him. I texted Uncle Bobby to tell him that Man City is the best. Hehe.
We got our first ice cream of the season and walked down to the ice cream shop. I got a chocolate vanilla swirl on a cone. Messy, but oh so good.
We got ready for Easter by doing some art. I got pretty messy.
Daddy surprised Mom and got her flowers. She just loved them.
I started wearing my sunglasses all the time.
Gram got me an Easter cookie from the bakery. I kept kissing
the sugar chick. I just couldn't eat him, he was too cute.
I hung out with my friend Jackson and he shared his cozy coupe car with me.

Vroom-vroom!
I got to wear my spring hat and play outside.
And do some songs with matching felt peices.
I was wondring why the glove was so BIG.
Mom added another bar to my new closet to hold all my new spring
and summer clothes. Mom said the next step is painting the closet.
Dad was feeling under the weather last weekend so Mom and I went to Allaire
State Park to check out the flea market. I got a pearl necklace, bonnet, and bunny
from the village store. Then, Mom got me a pink conductor hat and we rode the
vintage train for the first time. I sat in Mom's lap the whole ride. It was so much fun!
Woooowoooo!
I still love reading.
A lot!
We ended the month with both Mom and Dad being sick. Dad got Mom sick
and they were really under the weather. So, Mom let me watch my first movie
so she could rest up.
Mom and I decided on The Little Mermaid. I watched it in two sessions
and really liked the parts where they sung.
Tata for now!

Happy Birthday Dada!

I waited for Daddy to come home so I could give him my gifts.
Mom and I hung balloons from the door to welcome him home!
And we hung this sign on the door. Oops, we took the photo before we finished it and I actually dipped my feet in paint and make foot prints on the picture for him.
Mom decorated the table for his birthday dinner!
Family came over to eat cake and celebrate with us.
Happy Birthday Dada!

Happy Easter

Look at my basket the Easter bunny brought me!
Look at all the special stuff!
I went right for the Peeps!
JJ and Perry were right behind me.
I loved all my new books!
I got my first flash light and a soft, white bunny.
After opening some of my basket Mom, Dad and I went to brunch.
Eddie was there too!
And Grandma, Great, and Aunt Kim.
Florence and Larry were there too! Lots of my favorite people!

There was a chocolate bunny at my seat.
 Yummy!
After a filling brunch we went back home. Mom made
a bunch of desserts to munch on throughout the afternoon.
Peeps pops, chocolate pretzels, and coconut cookies.
The sweet cookie butter popcorn was good!
The chocolate ganache desserts were too sweet for Mom. Thats a first!
Chocolate covered strawberries that looked like carrots.
Lots and lots of M&Ms.
And some lemonade tea. Mmm mmm.
Here are the spoons we used for the Easter egg race and the prize.
Grandpa won! He was super fast! He won $3.00!
Ed and I watched the egg race together.
Gram was the last in the race, but didn't give up. You go Gram!
After the race Mom and Dad brought out a special surprise for me!
A Hello Kitty car!
Uncle Christian wanted a ride, but I told him he was too big.
Mom wore my silly glasses! Cheese!
Three generations! Where was I?
After I napped I had more baskets to open!
Grandma and Grandpa got me a basket with yummy chocolate.
And Peeps- MY FAVORITE!
Florence and Larry got me a plush owl with bunny ears!
It looked cute with my new sunglasses on.
Then, we ate a yummy Easter dinner as a family.
I loved the ham and the twice baked potatoes the best!
And the ring pop. Oh, the ring pop!
Mom gave me hers too.
We finished the night with some Hello Kitty cotton candy.
And read some of new books before I hit the hay. Happy Easter everyone!
